Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Auggle AI (hereinafter referred to as the "App," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our App, which facilitates the creation and sharing of user-generated 3D objects. By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Binding Agreement

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all other referenced agreements (including our Privacy Policy available at https://auggle.ai/privacy.html). If you do not agree, please uninstall and discontinue use of the App immediately.

1.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will endeavor to notify you of any significant changes, such as by posting an update in the App or sending a notice to the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the App after any modifications signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 Relationship to Third Parties (Including Apple)

These Terms are between you and Auggle AI, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple") or any other third-party platform. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and in the event of any conflict between Apple's terms and these Terms, Apple's terms will govern solely with respect to the use of the Apple App Store.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age (or older if required by the laws of your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are a minor, you must have the consent of your parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements.

2.2 Legal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations that apply to you. If you choose to access or use the App from outside the designated operating territories, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. Description of Services

3.1 Core Functionality

The App allows users to create, upload, and share 3D objects ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC"). Other users can view, interact with, or download shared 3D objects according to the permissions and settings defined in the App.

3.2 Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the App is unavailable at any time or for any period.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update such information as needed.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@auggle.ai of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4.3 Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

1. Post, upload, or share any content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
2. Violate any intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
3. Engage in any activity that is fraudulent, misleading, or harmful to others or the App.
4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or other user accounts.
5. Use the App for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by us.

5.2 Violation Consequences

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend/terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or that we deem objectionable at our sole discretion.
