Delete your Auggle AI account

You can delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it — from inside the app, or by sending us a request if you no longer have the app installed.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.

Open the Auggle AI app and go to your Profile.

Open the settings menu and choose Delete Account.

Tap Start Deletion and enter the confirmation code we send you.

Android

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it

If you have uninstalled the app, lost access to your device, or cannot sign in, email us and we will delete the account for you.

Email a deletion request

Or write to support@auggle.ai yourself, including the email address your account is registered under. We can only act on a request sent from that address, or on one we can otherwise verify — this protects you from someone else deleting your account.

We action verified requests within 30 days and will confirm by email once it is done.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your personal data from the Service. Specifically:

What we keep, and why

  • Moderation records — if you reported content or were the subject of a report, we keep the enforcement record for up to 24 months so we can detect repeat abuse and handle appeals.
  • Transaction records — records of any subscription payment are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically up to 7 years. These are financial records, not profile data.
  • Anything the law requires us to retain, or that we need to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

Content that other people have already downloaded or re-shared is outside our control and may persist after deletion.

Before you delete

Cancel your subscription separately. Deleting your account does not cancel an Auggle Pro subscription. Billing is handled by the app store, so you must also cancel it in your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or in Google Play (Android), or you will keep being charged.

Your wallet itself is unaffected. We do not provide or custody a wallet — if you linked one, we only ever stored its public address. Deleting your account removes that address and your reward records from our systems; your wallet and anything in it stay entirely under your own control, with the provider you obtained it from.

Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account, its posts, or its handle once the process has run.
